Step 1

Browse through our categories for products you are interested in, click on the picture or the name of the product you would like more information on and you will be taken to a page with further details.  To purchase this item, simply select your quantity required and click on the "Add to Cart" button.  From this point you can then continue shopping through our categories or you can proceed to step 2.

Step 2

When you have finished compiling your order, on the right side of the screen you will see "Your Shopping Cart Checkout" button.  Click on "Checkout" button to view your shopping cart.  At this point you will be asked to either register as a Guest or set up your account.  You will need to provide us with your name and address for shipping and your contact number in case we need to contact you in relation to products purchased.  We recommend that you set up an account with a password.  With an account you can view your previous orders, maintain shipping details and shop easily each time.  We know and respect how important discretion is to our customers, please feel free to read our Privacy Policy detailing what we will and won't do with your personal information.

Step 3

Step 3 is the Checkout Process, here you can view your order, modify quantities, add or remove items and finalise your shopping cart before proceeding to the Checkout.  Shipping is free for orders over $100.  For orders under $100 shipping is a flat rate of $10.

Step 4

Proceed to Checkout!  Once you are happy with your details and the content of your Shopping Cart, added any special instructions and opted if you would like to be kept up to date with our specials, please click the "Proceed to Payment" button where you will be directed to a secure payment site for payment details.

Post or Fax Your Order

If you would prefer to post or fax an order to us it will need to be accompanied with either a cheque or money order for the full amount of the order.  Please proceed with Steps 1 to 3 and then print of your order and either fax, email or post it to us.  These details can be found on our Contact Us page.
